Return & Refund Policy

At DeByl Hats, we take pride in crafting our products to the highest standards, and we hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy for any reason, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.

DeByl Hats maintains a strict no-refund policy. Items can only be returned for exchange or store credit, except for those that are made to order, customized, or purchased at a discount.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of delivery.

All returns must be approved by DeByl Hats before sending any items back. To request authorization, email us at hello@debylhats.com.

Returned items must be in pristine condition—free from signs of wear, stains, marks, odours, or any damage that would prevent them from being resold as new. Packaging must also remain intact; boxes should not be damaged, altered, or used as the outer shipping parcel. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, along with any applicable taxes or import duties. Returns must be shipped with a trackable and insured service, as we cannot be held liable for lost packages. Exchanges will only be processed once returned goods have been received and passed our quality control inspection.
