HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD FOR HAT SIZE

Traditional Style:

For a classic fit, the hat should sit low on your head, just above your eyebrows. Follow these steps to find your correct size:

  1. Use a soft measuring tape, or if unavailable, a thin piece of string (which you can measure afterwards).
  2. Wrap it around your head, centring it at the back and positioning it about 1.5 finger widths above your eyebrows and 1 finger width above your ears.
  3. Make sure the tape or string sits evenly and comfortably around your head—neither too tight nor too loose.
  4. If using a string, lay it flat and measure its length with a ruler.
  5. Repeat the process 3–4 times to ensure accuracy, then record the measurement in centimetres.

Halo Style:
For a halo fit, the hat sits further back on your head, with the front tilted upward. To measure for this style:

  1. Use a measuring tape or string.
  2. Wrap it around the back of your head, just above the nape of your neck, and bring it forward to your forehead or hairline.
  3. Make sure the tape or string follows the natural shape of your head.
  4. If using a string, lay it flat and measure its length with a ruler.
  5. Repeat the process 3–4 times to ensure accuracy, then record the measurement in centimetres.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR HAT

Our hats are made from 100% rabbit fur felt, which is water-resistant but not waterproof. If your hat gets soaked, don't use heat to dry it—just let it air dry on a flat surface.

Always handle your hat carefully. Avoid pinching the front dents or grabbing the brim’s edge, as this can reshape the hat. If you need to grab the front, do so gently and get it re-blocked if needed.

Always hold the hat by the crown, as it maintains its shape better than the brim.

To clean, brush your hat gently in one direction—top counterclockwise, bottom clockwise. For any stains or marks, use fine sandpaper, then brush.

By following these simple steps, you'll ensure a comfortable and stylish fit for your hat!
